With thousands of people travelling to the Llangollen Eisteddfod we advise you to book your accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to book your accommodation for you. However there are easily accessible online sites offering a wide variety of accommodation, at a range of prices that you can choose from and book directly:
We have also put together a list of accommodation providers within a 45mile (72.4 km) radius of the Eisteddfod ground. This includes a link to their website, which we hope may also prove useful to you in choosing and booking your accommodation.

NEED HELP WITH AIRPORT AND DAILY TRANSFERS TO/FROM YOUR ACCOMMODATION TO THE EISTEDDFOD?
Once you have booked your accommodation and confirmed the name and address with ourselves, we will be able to offer a transport package to include daily transfers to and from the Eisteddfod and your hotel and, where appropriate, transfers from and to UK airports/sea ports on arrival and departure.
These transfers are open to all participants selected to take part in the Eisteddfod, including groups of participants (competitors and non-competitors) for UK and overseas.
PLEASE NOTE, a scale of charges will apply for both these types of transfer; further information of which will be made available after selection.
The Eisteddfod field is open to participants from Wednesday 8th – Sunday 12th July, inclusive. Participants who arrive in Llangollen prior to Wednesday 8th July will not be able to come onto the field until we officially open on Wednesday 8th July.
