D1. CHAMBER INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLE (Friday 10 July 2027)
Prizes: 1st International Trophy and £250, 2nd £175, 3rd £100.
- Instrumental ensembles of no more than 6 members of any age.
- Ensembles are required to present a programme of at least two contrasting pieces in any style or genre lasting up to 7 minutes in total.
- Ensembles can comprise any combination of instruments, including duos, trios and quartets.
- Ensembles can request to undertake an additional public performance, either on the Eisteddfod field or at another local venue.
D2. INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLES (Friday 10 July 2027)
Prizes: 1st International Trophy and £300, 2nd £200, 3rd £100.
- Instrumental ensembles of at least 7 members of any age.
- Ensembles are required to present a programme of at least two contrasting pieces in any style or genre lasting up to 8 minutes in total.
- Ensembles can comprise any combination of instruments.
- Ensembles can request to undertake an additional public performance, either on the Eisteddfod field or at another local venue.
