SECTION A (Choral)

Each choir is required to forward the following by Friday 1 January 2027:
- Completed application form.
- A recent recording (less than 6 months old). See application form for details.
- A short English and/or Welsh -language biography of the choir and conductor (maximum 300 words in total).
- Entry fee of £150 per group for one competition (non-refundable) , £75 per each additional group competition.
- A recent photograph in JPEG format.
SECTION B (Solos)
Applications open early 2027
Each soloist is required to forward the following by Saturday 13 March 2027:
- Completed application form.
- A recent recording (less than 6 months old), which is suitable for the competition for which you are applying.
- Proof of age (passport / birth certificate / driving license). Scans can be uploaded to the online form.
- Entry fee of £60 for one competition B1, B2 or B6. (non-refundable), £30 per each additional competition.
- Entry fee of £40 for one competition B3, B4, or B5. (non-refundable), £20 per each additional competition.
SECTION C (Dance)

Each dance group is required to forward thefollowing by Friday 1 January 2027:
- Completed application form.
- A recent recording (less than 6 months old). See application form for details.
- A short English and/or Welsh language biography of the choir and leader (maximum 300 words in total).
- Entry fee of £150 per group for one competition C1, C2, C3 or C4, £75 per each additional competition (non-refundable).
- Entry fee of £40 for one competition C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13 or C14 (non-refundable), £20 per each additional competition.
- A recent photograph in JPEG format.
SECTION D (Group Instrumental Ensembles)

Each group is required to forward the following by Friday 1 January 2027

- A short English and/or Welsh -language biography of the group and conductor/leader (maximum 300
words in total). - Entry fee of £100 per group for one competition (non-refundable), £50 per each additional competition.
- A recent photograph in JPEG format.
SECTION E (Non-Competitive)

- Entry fee of £150 per group for E1, E2 and E3, or £30 per soloist for E4 (non-refundable).
- A recent photograph in JPEG format.
