GROUP Forms
Groups are requested to complete and return the following information by the indicated dates:
Return by 31st January 2026
- Transport Form – this form is for Overseas groups. If you are from the UK and need help finding transport for your group please email music@llangollen.net
- List of performers 2026
- Visa Form (if applicable)
- Publicity Form – This form must be filled in by all groups (Choral, Ensemble, Dance and Non-Competitive)
Return by 4th March 2026 – for competing groups only
- Group Repertoire Form – This form must be filled in by all groups (Choral, Ensemble and Dance)
- Choir of the World Repertoire Form (if applicable)
- 2026 Stage Plan Instrumental/Dance (pdf) This form must be filled in by all Ensemble and Dance groups
- 2026 Stage Plan Choir (pdf) This form must be filled by all Choirs
- Outside Stages- Repertoire and Technical Requirements
